MMA MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

Professional
Open to any sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation that is currently licensed to do business as a mortgage broker and who agrees to comply with the Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice. This is a voting, board of directors level membership.

Affiliate
Open to companies whose business is other than mortgage brokering, but still mortgage related. If your company solicits business from mortgage brokers, you are an Affiliate member. This is a non-voting, non-board of directors level membership. The Affiliate group is represented on the MMA board of directors by a single vote.

Individual
Open to individuals of a Professional and Affiliate nature who choose to be an active member of MMA regardless of the membership status of the company for which they work. Individual members need not be associated with a larger company. This membership level is not available to company owners or officers. This is a non-voting, non-board of directors level membership.

Member Lists

The Membership Committee is committed to promoting MMA’s mission to potential members with the goal of increasing the organizations membership throughout the entire state of Minnesota. The membership committee is responsible for planning activities and meeting with mortgage groups that are informative and relay the benefits of MMA membership.
